Contractor Project Manager is a web-based application designed to help contractors and construction professionals manage their projects, clients, workers, financial records, and related business operations.

3. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 18 years old to use this service
• One person or business may maintain only one account

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

8. Service Availability

• We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice when possible
• We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BALDEV TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any data or calculations provided by the service
• You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

11.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.

11.2 By Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• We are required to do so by law
• We decide to discontinue the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. We may delete your data after a reasonable grace period unless required by law to retain it.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BALDEV TECH, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or through the application. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian law.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BALDEV TECH regarding the use of the service.
